Sunday 9am Group Reformer class-
This Pilates class uses the classic Pilates equipment called the Reformer. The Reformer adds resistance and three dimensional support to exercises that balance strength and mobility. Class is limited to 4 people. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
Sunday 12pm Mat Pilates Flow-
In this Mat Pilates class we will attune our energetic and physical bodies. We will examine our bodies from a holistic perspective to find flow and ease in movement. Considering our bodies as interconnected webs of fascia we will work to find postural balance. This class will incorporate balls and bands for joint support and proprioceptive challenge. The content in this class will be inspired by Emily’s study of the Axis Syllabus.
