I offer therapeutic bodywork that integrates myofascial release, nuerovascular release, myofascial cupping, craniosacral therapy techniques and movement practices to my sessions. I approach bodies holistically, seeking to resolve patterns of tension that may be causing or exacerbating localized pain or limiting movement possibilities. I am calling my practice bodywork rather than massage as each session integrates movement assessment, massage techniques on the table, and follow up exercises or awareness practices to best address your needs. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in to your appointment.

Cost:

Sliding scale 150$- 100$/ 90 minute sessions

Sliding scale 120$-80$/ 60 minute sessions

What is a sliding scale? A sliding scale is a payment system where you get to choose the amount you pay based on your own financial situation. This model aims to make services more available to people with a variety of incomes and expenses. Questions you may consider in your decision of what to pay include: what is your income? is your income consistent (salaried vs hourly worker)? do you have retirement savings from an employer? do you have dependents? do you have access intergenerational wealth? do you own property? what is your level of education?

I do not expect tips, my sliding scale is the cost of service.

Payment taken by Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App, or credit card.

If You need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hrs in advance to avoid a late fee.

My practice is located in outer SE Portland near SE Holgate and SE 113th Ave. Exact address will be shared in booking confirmation. Ample parking is available on the street. I am very close to the 17 and 10 tri-met bus lines.
